Main House Ground Floor

The Ground Floor is currently configured as 5 ground floor bedrooms, sleeping up to 11 people. 2 have twin beds, 3 doubles plus a sofa bed, and a travel cot. 3 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and the other 2 have direct access to 2 further shower rooms and 2 WCs. There is also a ‘snug’ currently used as a TV/Music room but could be used as a further single/double bedroom or office. There is also a room with a Belfast sink, quartz worktop and large ceiling dome, currently used as an exercise and storage room. This room has light from from 3 sides with large French windows providing beautiful sea views. It would be ideal for a studio or a large additional double/triple bedroom, giving the possibility of 7 bedrooms sleeping up to 16 on this floor.

The Main House is decorated in traditional Moroccan style, with tadelakt walls and hand-made ceramic floor tiles, but with modern amenities. The well-equipped kitchen is fitted with hand-made cedar wood cupboards and quartz worktops, stainless steel double sink with drainer, glazed ceramic floor tiles, a double oven and 5-burner gas hob with extractor, and room for a large American-style fridge-freezer. It leads to a spacious separate utility room, with shelving, room for a freezer and wine cooler, washing machine, sink with storage cupboards and a door to the back gardens. The kitchen has a large arched hatch window and door leading to the dining room, with a feature fireplace with wood-burning stove, and through to the covered dining terrace, seating 12+. There is a separate living room, also with a traditional fireplace and wood-burning stove, with views to the rear gardens and, at the front, across a lovely arched courtyard to the open Atlantic. There's a beautiful koi fish pool with a fountain and lotus, papyrus and water plants. Guests have access to the activities terrace and the large pool area with jacuzzi and poolside room. The Upper Floor and roof terraces are only available for larger groups and retreats by arrangement and are usually occupied by the owners. See 'Main House Upper Floor' page for details.
